30 Days Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an order doesn’t work out for you. Due to this we have made our return policy very easy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, no marks or smells and with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
Please contact us by email for return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue the refund.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.
Important note
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked service as lost items will not be eligible for a return.
We also recommend to contact us for any question about returns and exchanges prior to return any item, our team will be available to find the best solution to keep customer happy.
